|| friday observations: ||

1. one berkeley policeman walking with a pack of other officers down telegraph wearing a tie-dyed t-shirt with badge and name sewn on. which leads one to believe this was a legit article of uniform. which confirms everything one hates about berkeley/namely telegraph avenue.

2. a large large arts-and-crafts era (=totally awesome) house/building up on stilts and rotated at an odd angle, giving the appearance of it hovering nonchalantly in a parking lot construction site.

3. favorite homeless man/street personality yelling 'good morning, lotus blossom!' from across the street. sweet or creepy?

4. vitamin water really does have a strange addictive quality.

5. transcontinental romances kind of suck. where kind of = most seriously.

6. one is asking for trouble when setting alarm to local hip hop station. it causes craziest/awesome lucid dreaming where 50 cent knows one's mother and the cat can sing choruses with beyonce.

7.maybe it is not such a good idea to dive in head over heels where latest stalking endeavor is concerned, especially when even stalking-inclined sister, oh she of similar creepy crush-happy genetic make-up, has cautioned against it. blond bearded record store pirates can now rest easy.
