2000-10-02 || 16:24:11 || calvin case no. 1 || i wasn't going to say anything until wednesday, after the event had passed, but i am so very excited and it's lunch time and i can't think of anything else. calvin johnson is playing tonight in santa cruz and tomorrow in oakland. i love love love a mister calvin johnson. i have joined forces with the kewl-est girl and fellow calvin devotee, conchita. we will kidnap him tomorrow night. tonight i will ask him to sign my forehead. i am armed with three cameras, michael has two (one's the super8 and he has decided to play the footage at our wedding ((we're not getting married. well not any time soon any way. calvin footage as a back drop does warrant some kind of ceremony, though.)) ) and i have a stomach ache i'm so excited. i wish i could relate to you the seriousness of my calvin obsession. i was going to make a zine about it. i've had five really great dreams about him.. he's always a camp counselor or a forest ranger. one time he was just calvin at a beat happening show and i got to dance the tango with him while he was singing and then he asked me to sing but i couldn't think of a good song to sing. whenever i see him in real life i am too scared to talk to him... oh i have so many good stories about him!! i think i shall deem today calvin day and whenever i have the chance and the big boss man is lookin the other day, i will write about my boyfriend. mmmmmmmmmm xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo. and i will be absolutely scandalous at both shows so that i can have plenty to write about and you will be terribly impressed by my witchy ways. guestbook || notes || archives || profile || photos || d-land |
