my birthday is tomorrow, you know. my birthday is tomorrow and i am dizzy with excitement and on the drive to work from the lady doctor this morning i caught myself smiling. smiling! out loud because everything is very righteous.

i am wearing the most hideous orange sweater. and

i was listening to jesus and mary chain. and

my best friend michaelbland flies in an airplane tonight to see me. and

it is absolutely lovely out. and

it's all hearts and stars, hearts and stars, and i have the worst hankerin for a long long line of cartwheels down the hallway, right now.
